1. Platform Overview

CarGenie is a multi-vendor SaaS platform that connects car buyers with professional dealers and individual sellers. We provide the infrastructure for listing, searching, and communicating regarding vehicle sales.

2. Vendor Accounts & Subscriptions

To list vehicles as a dealer or frequent seller, a Vendor Account is required. CarGenie operates on a subscription-based model:

• Subscription Plans: Vendors must choose a subscription plan (Free, Basic, Professional, or Elite) to access listing slots and premium features.
• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Fair Use: Each plan has a limit on the number of active car listings. Attempting to bypass these limits via multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Sales & Commissions

For certain types of transactions or premium services, CarGenie may charge a commission fee.

• Commission Rate: Our standard platform commission is applied to successful sales facilitated through the checkout system (where applicable). The specific rate is visible in your Vendor Dashboard.
• Payouts: Vendor earnings from platform-processed payments are held for a standard verification period before being eligible for withdrawal to your linked bank account.

4. Listing Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Every vehicle listed must include:

• Accurate mileage and condition reports.
• Clear, high-quality photos of the actual vehicle.
• Valid VIN number (for verified listings).
• Realistic pricing that aligns with market value.

5. User Conduct

Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or any action that compromises the integrity of the marketplace. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

CarGenie acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the mechanical condition of vehicles or the performance of contracts between buyers and sellers. We recommend professional inspections before any purchase.
